Managing the results of the Jetro Web Assembly

Hello all! I am excited to be the one writing a result for the first time after having you all write one, I can definitely say its my turn

  1. Role – As the project manager my role is to keep track of our assignments for the week and to make sure those assignments are being followed up on. I have act as a supportive and connecting role between Jetro web members and the projects they are working on. As a project manager I encourage members to participate in giving each other 360 degree feedback and learn to make time estimates for their respective responsibilities

  2. Goal – The goal of a project manager or a Steward is to give members enough structure for a smooth work flow so that our costumer's needs are met and expectations are followed up on.

  3. Benefit - Project management is valuable because it is something that all of us can do through small steps such as checking in with your teammates about anything, it doesn't necessarily have to do with work, its about developing trust with one another to advance in ability to follow up with ourselves and others.

Added 360 Feedback comments to all of the Results

    28/04/2025

As mentioned in the title! All jetro web members have gotten feedback on their results. I encourage others to comment on each other's posts with feedback. Keep in mind questions like: "Is the report easy for someone in a non-technical field to understand?" or "What other important details should a costumer report include? or how different should costumer reports be from Project updates?"
