Using Decidim for Project Management

This meeting will be used as walkthrough for Jetro Web Development members to "Dog food" decidim. The purpose of this activity will be so that jetro web members can be transparent, accountable, and purposeful.
I will be assigning roles and explaining the participatory model of project management using AGILE.

Project Management Walkthrough [07:00 - 07:30]
Pre-walkthrough Knowledge [07:00 - 07:10]
Things participants need to know before walking through the projects
Each participant was assigned a result.
If a participant has a result of the same project, they will click on the first result made and add future results into the first result (will do demonstration)
Participants will have added all of their updates or reports by the end of the week this week.
We will discuss deadlines and using more decidim components in the future
Walkthrough [07:10 - 07:30]
I will give Jetro web members instructions on how to get to the projects page. They will see a result assigned to them. I will walk them through the scopes and the categories.

Participatory Budget walkthrough [07:30 - 08:00]
Explain the participatory budgeting module
Goal: Allocation of funds towards projects
Create a proposal to agree on an amount for a project
Create a project on participatory budgets
Vote on the projects
