Jetro Web's Big Assignment

Hello all!

I am back from Industrial commons and had a great time. I learned so much about cooperative development and capacity building. Industrial Commons and Poder Emma did such a great job at orienting us towards creating a Circular Economy. This is a goal that I want to fulfill with our cooperatives!

At Nova Web Development And Jetro Web development, our main goal is to cooperate and create capacity within each other. In order to create capacity we either have to train members to fulfill "Functional group" goals or Train employees and place them in the position we need the most. I believe both Nova Web Development and Jetro Web have enough capacity to understand the roles of each member and their abilities, but I also believe that development can only be achieved through Scalability and good quality work/Training.

As a Result. I have launched the "Project management and Accountability" Project which will be used to ensure quality and transparency within our cooperatives. This is only one of the projects we will use to fill the gaps of our capacity. As Jelkner Mentioned before, we have to find ways to be reliable and timely with costumers.
