1. Making Mandatory Items/ Exercises for Nova and Jetro web developers and managers to follow (Kei)

   • We will be setting up a decidim blog with entries related to tasks and exercises for Decidim Use

2. Decidim Update

   • Updates to 0.29.1 went smoothly on all three instances

   • Fixed at least one issue with image uploads

3. Decidim integrations

   • - Unclear what the intent behind agenda item is about, discussed integration of jits, plugins or integration into the NOVA processes, needs to be revisited next week

4. Potential costumer

   • No information regarding this item without Kei, needs to be revisited next week

5. Jetro Participation

   • Will add freena as admin on the test server and as Jetro assembly admin on the live server

6. Deface Gem

   • Still need to figure this out, johan_f is looking into it on the test server
