Email DNS and database management

This result will be used to track our mail infrastructure. This is not where team members will tend to urgent mail infrastructure issues. Results are intended for costumers and team members and not to tend to "urgent action". Urgent accion is tended to the infrastructure the developer is dealing with, this can either be github, gitlab, git, LISH console, mysql shell, etc.
