Changes at "Office Space in Bernard's Farm"

This two-bedroom apartment is located at Bernard's Farm, Liberia for rent for USD 150. According to the owner, the place is unavailable until April because he needs to put running water in the apartment. A call will be placed to him today to know how far he has gone with the process and if we can see the place on Saturday.

During our meeting on Saturday, we contacted the owner of the place, who told us that we couldn't view it because someone had already paid for it.
