This module hold various items (projects) with an assigned cost and total budget amount. Participants can select to support these items/projects and then submit that as their vote. This module also can have various different rules be placed on the vote of the person. These rules are a minimum percentage of the budget used in a vote, a minimum number of projects and maximum amount of items/projects need to be supported for.(WIP)

The Budgets component allows people to vote by selecting projects of their choosing. Typically it assigns people with a total budget and the projects have value.
